Dr. Abhishek Nighot is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon specialising in hip and knee replacement. He trained at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, at the University of Pennsylvania, and in Bordeaux under pioneers of personalised arthroplasty.

Procedures
Total Knee Replacement
The knee is reached by lifting the thigh muscle aside, never cutting through it. Kinematic alignment then resurfaces the joint to match your natural anatomy.
Partial Knee Replacement
Only the damaged part of the knee is replaced, and the healthy joint is left untouched. A smaller incision, less blood loss, and a quicker recovery.
Total Hip Replacement
The approach is chosen to fit your anatomy, from the front or the back of the hip. Few restrictions after surgery, and most patients walk the same day.
Joint Preservation
Not every joint needs replacing. Where cartilage can be protected, biologic therapies delay or avoid surgery altogether.
